APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS & CRITERIA
- Driver's license(s) or passport IDs (if necessary) for proof of identification
- Pay stubs (last 4-6 weeks) and/or government assistance documents for proof of income
- Pay application fee (non-refundable) with debit/credit card or ACH ($30 per person age 18 or older who will live at the residence).
- Once the application & app fee are received, we will run a background check.

You must be 18 Years or older to apply! YOU MUST HAVE: - No more than 4 items in collections - No unpaid balance owed to a leasing company/landlord - No felonies and/or domestic battery charges (<10 years) - Monthly income at least 3x monthly rent
