APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS & CRITERIA

  • Fill out the online application and provide the following:
  • Driver's license(s) or passport IDs (if necessary) for proof of identification
  • Pay stubs (last 4-6 weeks) and/or government assistance documents for proof of income
  • Pay application fee (non-refundable) with debit/credit card or ACH ($25 per person age 18 or older who will live at the residence).
  • Application fee may also be in the form of check or money order. 
  • NO CASH
  • Once the application & app fee are received, we will run a background check:

YOU MUST BE: - 18 years of age or older YOU MUST HAVE: - No more than 4 items in collections - No unpaid balance owed to a leasing company/landlord - No felonies and/or domestic battery charges (<10 years) - Monthly income at least 3x monthly rent
